Kala Gause, known as Coach K, brings a unique blend of

experience and heart to the world of youth sports. As the

author of Keys To The Journey, he guides parents through the

intricacies of helping their children achieve their athletic and

academic dreams. From his early days working in his family's

restaurant to his extensive work with Next Level & Beyond

(NLB), and Beyond Athletics, a renowned youth development

organization in Rochester, NY, Coach K has witnessed the
